We intend to provide you the best experience possible at Inspire Salon & Gallery. We promise to treat you with respect and the attention you deserve, in return we ask that the following policies be followed.
We send text/email reminders 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. Please take the time to confirm your appointment so that we are able to plan our day with confidence. If your appointment is not confirmed in advance we will assume that you are not planning to keep it. If someone else requests your time slot and your appointment has not been confirmed 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to accept another request for that appointed time.
We request that you notify us of any appointment cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. You will receive a reminder text/email 72 hours before your appointment. By notifying us ahead of time, you are giving us the opportunity to offer that time to another. This prevents a loss of income for your stylist and allows us to accommodate those who may be on our waiting list. If you do not notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointed time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file with us. If you do not have a credit card on file, the fee will be due before your next appointment is scheduled. We do understand that emergencies occur with no notice whatsoever, therefore the enforcement of this policy is at the discretion of your stylist.
No Show Policy
If you do not cancel your appointment ahead of time, and do not show up at your appointed time, you will be charged the full price for the service scheduled. We will apply this charge immediately to your credit card on file. If you do not have a card on file with us, the fee will be due before scheduling your next appointment. Again, we understand that emergencies arise, therefore the enforcement of this policy will be left to the discretion of your stylist.
We respect your time and do our very best to stay on schedule so that we are available at your appointed time. However, sometimes we experience unexpected situations that may leave us running behind. In that event we will make every attempt to contact you to let you know we are running behind, and figure out the best option for you. In return, we ask that if you are running late for your appointment, you call and let us know. We will make every effort to work with you and the situation. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment and we haven’t heard from you, we will attempt to contact you. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late.
Children at ISG
We love children! Our owner has 5 children, herself. However, the salon environment is not only meant for your relaxation but also of others. The salon is also full of sharp instruments, hot tools and dangerous chemicals. Therefore, we request that children younger than 10 years old not accompany parents during time extensive appointments such as any chemical service. We offer services to children, of course, but if your child is unable to sit still during the service, we reserve the right to deny that service for the safety of your child. Again we are working with sharp instruments and would never want to hurt your child, in the case that they may be scared and uncooperative.
All of our policies are meant to create a mutually respectful relationship between our stylists and their clientele. We always strive to provide the best experience possible!
